By engaging Betches Walking Betches ("BWB," "we," "our") for services, you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. By booking or using BWB's services, whether through our online booking system, at account setup, or otherwise, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to book services through BWB.
BWB offers professional pet care services, including:
All services must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by direct contact with our team. Pets must be current on all required vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses at the time of service. Service details, including duration and frequency, will be mutually agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.

These fees support our team's time, travel logistics, and scheduling accommodations. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to service confirmation.
Payment is due in full on the day of service unless an alternative payment arrangement has been documented in writing and pre-approved by BWB. Available payment schedules include weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options.
Client best practice is to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice when canceling scheduled services.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their pet's health status, temperament, behavioral tendencies, and any special needs or requirements.
BWB reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if a pet exhibits aggression, severe illness, injury, or cannot be safely leashed, harnessed, or handled. Clients are fully responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by their pet to BWB team members, third parties, or property. Misrepresentation of or failure to disclose important behavioral or health issues may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
BWB maintains bonding and insurance coverage for incidents occurring during scheduled services. This coverage applies to dog walking and in-home pet care but may not extend to boarding services or care provided outside the client's home. For incidents not covered by our insurance policy, the client may be responsible for applicable insurance deductibles or any uncovered expenses. A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or property damage, arising out of or related to the services provided under this agreement. BWB's total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement, regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BWB and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to:
Clients must disclose the presence and location of any surveillance cameras, recording devices, or monitoring systems on the property prior to service.
Devices located in private areas, including but not limited to bathrooms, bedrooms, and guest rooms, must be turned off, covered, or relocated during overnight services. BWB team members reserve the right to request that cameras or recording devices be disabled if they infringe upon reasonable expectations of privacy. Failure to comply with such requests may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Unless the client opts out in writing, BWB may photograph or video record pets during service visits for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. Identifiable property details, addresses, and personal client information will not be shared publicly. To opt out of photo and video recording, clients must submit their request in writing to info@betcheswalkingbetches.com.
BWB will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive client information, including but not limited to home addresses, personal contact information, access codes, lockbox combinations, alarm codes, and service arrangements.

All BWB staff members sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the protection of client confidentiality.
BWB shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms and the rights granted hereunder may not be assigned, transferred, or delegated by the client without the prior written consent of BWB. BWB may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement at any time without notice.
This agreement may be executed electronically and in counterparts. Electronic signatures shall have the same legal effect as original signatures.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between BWB and the client and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
By using BWB's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
